ArmInfo.Many MPs from the ruling "Civil Contract" faction are busy inciting hatred and enmity. Secretary of the  "Armenia" opposition faction Artsvik Minasyan stated on May 6 from the rostrum of the National Assembly, commenting on the report of the RA Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan on the results of the supervisory body's activities in 2023.

ArmInfo. The "Armenia" and "I Have Honor" opposition factions of the National Assembly of the  Republic of Armenia   invited representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in the country to a closed meeting. Secretary of the "Armenia" faction Artsvik Minasyan told reporters on May 2.

ArmInfo. The "love" of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for the residents of the village of Kirants  from the early morning of May 2 was manifested in the use of police violence against them, Secretary of the opposition faction "Armenia" Artsvik Minasyan stated at a meeting of the National Assembly of the  Republic of Armenia on May 2.

ArmInfo. The draft statement proposed by the parliamentary opposition on the delimitation and  demarcation of the borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan does not provide for either the beginning or the end of this process, Armenian NA Vice-Speaker Ruben Rubinyan stated.  

ArmInfo.The ruling Civil Contract faction in Armenia refused to accept a document that meets  the state interests of the country, Artsvik Minasyan of the opposition faction "Armenia" state in Parliament, commenting on the refusal of the faction from the party in power to include a draft statement on the process of delimitation and demarcation of borders on the NA agenda.

ArmInfo. Everything that is happening in Armenia today under the guise of "pilot border delimitation" is nothing more than the surrender of parts of Armenian territories to Azerbaijan, opposition Armenian MP Artur Khachatryan stated in Parliament while presenting a draft statement to the National Assembly on the process of delimitation and demarcation of borders, which was planned to be included in the parliament's agenda.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, at its meeting on April 12, in the second  and final reading, introduced scandalous amendments to the law "On the prevention of domestic violence, the protection of persons subjected to domestic violence, and the restoration of solidarity in the family," developed by a group of deputies from the ruling "Civil Contract" faction. 57 deputies voted for their adoption, 25 voted  against, and one parliamentarian abstained.

ArmInfo. The draft statement "On the delimitation and demarcation of borders between the Republic of  Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan," initiated by the parliamentary opposition, was not adopted on April 11 due to the lack of quorum.

ArmInfo.Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan and Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will  take part in a parliamentary meeting convened by the opposition on the issue of the borders of the Republic.

ArmInfo. The principles of normalizing the Armenian- Azerbaijani relations must be based on the  best international experience, Artsvik Minasyan, Secretary of the opposition parliamentary faction Armenia, told reporters. 

ArmInfo.It is unclear on what basis the office of the Prime Minister of Armenia has personal  data of citizens, when this is the exclusive prerogative of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. Artsvik Minasyan, secretary of the Armenia opposition faction of the RA National Assembly stated at a press conference on January 25, commenting on the court's decision to oblige the National Security  Service to remove data on Mourad Papazian and Masis Abrahamyan from the list of foreigners considered 'undesirable' on the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan aside from not knowing diplomatic subtleties and basic rules of the negotiation process also does not understand that international law and rules apply on a number of issues. Secretary of the opposition "Armenia" faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Artsvik Minasyan stated at a briefing on January 18, commenting on the question of whether the negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan has really reached a dead end.

The "Armenia" opposition faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia proposes to approve the draft statement of parliament regarding the proposal presented by the Hayaqve initiative on the criminalization of the refusal of self-determination of Nagorno-Karabakh and the belittlement of the Armenian Genocide. This was stated by faction secretary Artsvik Minasyan at a meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs on December 4.

Armenia's first president, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, never received a proposal to appoint  Armenia's former human rights defender Arman Tatoyan as head of an interim government, Levon Zurabyan, vice-chairman of the Armenian National Congress (led by Ter- Petrosyan) told reporters on December 2.   

ArmInfo. Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan was utterly sincere at the meeting of the  Parliamentary Commission for investigation of the circumstances of the 44-day war, Commission Chairman Andranik Kocharyan told reporters on Nov 24. 

ArmInfo. Former Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan responded to a statement by Artsvik Minasyan, a  member of the opposition parliamentary faction "Hayastan" (Armenia), that he was offered to head the interim government.

ArmInfo. As of today, of the 60 people detained during the anti-government protests on September  19-20, 37 citizens are in criminal correctional institutions in Armenia. Secretary of the opposition <Armenia> faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Artsvik Minasyan told reporters on October 18.

ArmInfo. At a plenary session on October 3, the National Assembly of Armenia ratified the Rome  Statute of the UN International Criminal Court.

ArmInfo. A draft law on  increasing the amount of water intake from Lake Sevan from 170  million cubic meters to 240 million cubic meters conditioned by the  weather conditions of the year, the fullness of water basins and  reservoirs and the main indicators of water supply of rivers, was  approved in the National Assembly of Armenia by the ruling majority  in the first reading. The project was supported by 64 MPs, 20 voted  against its adoption.
